Your main responsibilities include
- Lead communications with clients through calls, emails and in person meetings.
- Presentation of results and discuss strategic options for the campaigns and overall relationship management of accounts.
- Responsible for client retention through delivering strong campaign results, analysis and recommendations.
- Manage and coordinate assigned campaigns.
- Implement data-driven strategies to reach client and company goals.
- Creative campaign management and strategies for each client across portfolio, taking into account knowledge of client, data from campaigns, tacit knowledge, and BI data.
- Work with colleagues to explore new opportunities in travel seller media and knowledge share
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study; may include Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Communications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant media experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a client facing role, with a demonstrated passion for innovation, strategy, thinking outside of the box and establishing positive customer relationships, every time.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with successful management of projects through organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, communication, and time management skills.
- Good understanding of market trends and hospitality KPIs. Media experience in the Hospitality industry a major advantage.
