To be based in Singapore, we are seeking a Corporate Marketing Communications Manager to be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing communications programs that effectively promote the company externally. The right candidate is a tech-fluent strategic storyteller and critical thinker that will come into the role with existing consumer technology experience and strong media relationships.
  • Create, implement and measure success of corporate marketing and communications strategies to help increase external visibility and reinforce the company mission.
  • Source and develop inspirational stories using a variety of channels and disseminating them to inspire and engage external audiences about the future of the business, the technology and its impact on users and society.
  • Conceive, pitch and secure relevant industry engagements and awards
  • Drive thought leadership and guide spokespeople in unique storytelling opportunities with tech and business media to garner media attention
  • Manage the release of all external corporate marketing materials (presentations, press releases, etc.)
  • Partner with members of the product marketing team to identify opportunities for message integration, alignment and amplification
  • Use your networking and negotiation skills to pitch ongoing media updates in international business and tech media in order to elevate image and brand awareness
  • Handle unexpected, complex communications challenges and quickly spin up an effective communications strategy that accounts for our key audiences, channels, and messages
  • Help to develop content for internal and external channels, including town hall presentations, leadership messages, manager communication decks, videos, press releases, etc
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers according to budget and business requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing or communications management experience. Prior music experience is a must.
  • Proven success developing and implementing strategic communications across a variety of channels to help achieve business objectives
  • A strong network of journalists focused on the tech and startup space at major international business and technology media
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all key stakeholders utilizing good conflict resolution and people management skills
  • Creative, critical thinker and the ability to use this to your advantage when securing coverage
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Ability to perform in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment
  • Concise and clear communicator with outstanding written and oral communications skills in English; ability to write for a broad spectrum of multimedia communications channels
  • Exceptional pitch and presentation skills
  • Dedication to confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones
