We are looking for an IT Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This person will support the Group CTO while working to implement initiatives and improve the overall IT posture across the entire organization, as well as the HR department to manage employees' accesses through their technological lifecycle.
  • Provide global IT support to staff via a helpdesk.
  • Manage and write knowledge database for helpdesk.
  • Support and manage SaaS applications such as GoogleWorkspace, Slack, Office 365 etc.
  • Maintain on-site IT infrastructure.
  • Manage software and hardware inventory.
  • Enforce standards and policies related to IT.
  • Assist our Infrastructure, Tooling and other IT teams with projects.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and protections.
  • Three plus years of experience working in IT and IT Infrastructure.
  • Experience working in the startup/entrepreneurial environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in networking, OS systems administration (Mac and Windows), and IT SaaS systems
    administrations (e.g. Google Workspace).
  • Experience using the command line, bash scripting using a mindset of automation and GAM / API.
  • Familiar with infrastructure management in AWS.
  • Proven experience in management and improvement of an IT helpdesk as well as an ability to roll up your sleeves and handle IT tickets and troubleshoot systems.
