The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the planning and execution of strategy, performance of client KPIs and managing critical processes that enable adherence to timelines and best practices, specifically in the realm of Display and Programmatic channels. 

At its core, the role of the Associate Manager is to plan and manage the implementation of programmatic campaigns across all relevant programmatic buying models. This will require strong channel knowledge and expertise to navigate opportunities in the ever-evolving digital media landscape. 

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage account growth through implementing campaign solutions, including developing campaign strategy, building campaigns, monitoring and liaising with the trading teams to optimize for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Use advanced optimization techniques and collaborate with the wider DAN network to deliver on budget allocation decisions across the book of business. ● Identify and seize opportunities in an account, create and support multi agency product solution and collaborate with the business leads to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers 
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and business leads to drive growth plans of our large advertisers 
  • Develop and apply knowledge of market and competitive environment for vertical and sub- verticals in solutions offered 
  • Contribute to documenting best practice guides, socialize scenarios that adversely impact performance and follow process guidelines 
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, identify process gaps and assist on projects that improve the team’s overall performance
  • Drive supply strategy for clients and brands along with delivering on data consultancy projects 

Skills You'll Need

  • BA/ BS degree or equivalent practical experience 
  • 3 years of experience in managing display/programmatic campaigns (focused preferred in a media agency) 
  • Proficiency in the display/programmatic ecosystem of ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs e.g. DV360, Adobe Advertising Cloud), first-party and third-party audience targeting and technology, online analytics and measurement, ad operations, and delivery and measurement platforms 
  • Ability to think strategically and analyse the needs of clients; track record of developing strong relationships and processes, being highly accountable and the ability to meet strict deadlines 
  • Ability to manage conversations around auction-based display campaigns across various programmatic platforms for complex clients focused on performance goals 
  • Effective analytical skills with the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues 
  •  Excellent business acumen, problem solving and project management skills
