FleishmanHillard, a global leader in communications, has an immediate opening for a Senior Account Manager to join our Corporate team in the Singapore office.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, driving impactful communications strategies for some of the world's most influential organisations. You will be responsible for managing high-profile accounts, leading project teams, and delivering results that support our clients' business objectives. Your expertise will help elevate FleishmanHillard's reputation as a trusted advisor and creative partner.
This is a contract position at our clients office (secondment), starting from 3 months, with the potential for extension.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement compelling B2B public relations and corporate communication programs that drive measurable impact for clients;
- Act as the crucial link between clients and internal teams, building strong client relationships, and handling planning, deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Work across a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including technology, healthcare, and government sectors;
- Ensure that clients' strategic business objectives are met through proactive counsel, creative thinking and flawless execution;
- Develop and edit high quality written materials, including media correspondence, bylines, and thought leadership content;
- Manage projects end-to-end, setting priorities and maintaining deadlines;
- Build and nurture relationships with regional and national media, securing high impact coverage and positioning clients as industry leaders;
- Coordinate regional projects with other FleishmanHillard offices, and Omnicom network partners;
- Work effectively in a team and provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff;
- Initiate and support business development efforts, participating in new business pitches and proposal development alongside the practice lead.
What You'll Need
- 4-7 years of experience in an agency or corporate communications department; with a strong background in corporate clients; especially in the technology and healthcare sectors;
- Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver value at every interaction;
- Strong organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving;
- Outstanding research and writing abilities, with experience drafting client and press materials;
- Seasoned media relations expertise, with a track record of working with regional and national media;
- Clear, results-oriented communication style and a positive, professional attitude in all situations;
- A strategic point of view, with the confidence to propose solutions and present ideas persuasively;
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
