Digitas Singapore

At Digitas, we design connected experiences that bring brands closer to people. By combining creativity, data, and technology, we help organisations solve real human problems and create meaningful digital experiences.

We are looking for a UX Design Intern who is curious, thoughtful, and excited to explore complex problems. Someone who enjoys making sense of information, uncovering insights, and turning them into clear ideas and actions.

This role is ideal for someone with a builder mindset — someone who enjoys figuring things out, experimenting with ideas, and learning new tools along the way.

What You'll Do

You will work closely with the UX lead and designers to support experience design across  internal initiatives and client-facing ideas.

Your work may include:
  • Supporting research, discovery, and synthesis to uncover insights from different  sources
  • Helping translate information and ideas into clear user journeys, flows, frameworks,  and recommendations
  • Creating wireframes, concepts, or prototypes to explore solutions
  • Structuring and simplifying complex information into clear stories and actionable  next steps
  • Participating in workshops, brainstorms, and design critiques
  • Exploring and learning new tools or methods when needed to support the work
  • Contributing to human-centred solutions that improve experiences for users and  customers

Who You Are
  • Curious about how people think, behave, and interact with digital experiences
  • Comfortable working with complex or messy information and able to simplify it
  • Someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to learn new tools or approaches
  • A builder who enjoys making, testing, and improving ideas
  • Interested in human-centred design and problem solving
  • Able to communicate your thinking clearly through visuals, writing, or conversation

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar collaboration/design  tools
  • Exposure to UX design, product design, HCI, psychology, service design, or related  fields
  • Personal or academic projects that show how you approach problems and build  solutions

What You'll Gain
  • Hands-on experience working on real design challenges in a leading digital agency
  • Exposure to how UX, creativity, data, and technology come together in modern  experience design
  • Mentorship from UX lead and cross-functional colleagues
  • Opportunities to grow your portfolio and problem-solving skills
