Key responsibilities:
- Develop consistent, meaningful content across all social media channels (simple graphics/copywriting/videos) to increase interaction and engagement, drive MWC’s advocacy, case work showcase, network and programmes
- Develop content calendar planning and execution for all social media platforms
- Manage enquiries and comments on social media accounts
- Monitor and evaluate social media presence using analytical tools and suggest recommendations to adjust social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Management of volunteer recruitment, volunteer communications to support MWC’s operations, activities and programmes
- Assists in handling media enquiries, interviews and communications-related tasks where required
- Support operation with manning of helpline and case handling from time to time
- A passion for helping our migrant workers lead a better life through work, live and play
- Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication or Business with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work on weekends
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, resourceful, a good team player with an affable personality
- Attention to detail and accuracy with ability to be adaptable and meet tight deadlines
- Photography and videography skills a plus
