This role is responsible for providing a professional support for network equipment and service desk to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.

What You'll Be Doing
- Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, firewall, DNS and DHCP to maximize network efficiency and security
- Comfortable in communicating with ISP and a global base of customers.
- Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
- Investigating faults in the network
- Support service desk in their escalation tickets.
- Handle incidents based on classification / prioritization of the incidents.
- Provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
- Ensuring all requests are progressed & cleared within SLA
- Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
- Provide remote/on-site support for escalated network faults
Skills You'll Need
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience is required
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Strong knowledge in TCP/IP to identify faults and lead customer in effective troubleshooting.
- Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
- Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
- Comfortable in communicating with ISP and a global base of customers.
- Familiar in with GPON, Routing & Switching, SD-WAN and Next Generation Firewall
