The IT Support Lead is responsible for the organization’s internal IT processes, define IT governance policies and support critical IT services to ViewQwest employees. The candidate is expected to proactively maintain computer systems used by the company and proactively monitor and resolve any issues that are being brought up.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage Viewqwest Corporate IT team. Oversee IT related matters across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippine offices.
  • Define, implement and manage IT processes and policies for the whole organization. Ensure IT standards, procedures, policies and assets are maintained in accordance to Continental standards
  • Overall in charge of IT support systems, analyses systems and infrastructure issues and provide solutions. Assists the business in realization of IT solutions based on their strategic goals
  • Being Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft O365 services administration (Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive). Act as L2 support for Microsoft Cloud services for ViewQwest's managed services customers.
  • Prepares, reviews, and manages the budget and forecast of the IT cost centre. Plan, review and manage IT assets and inventories.
  • Manage Endpoint Devices (laptop, printer, projector, wireless AP, switches, etc.) Ensure devices are protected and patched with latest software version.


Skills You'll Need

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in related IT field preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in managing Active Directory, Office365, Microsoft Azure,Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps. Familiar with hybrid AD setup.
  • Experience in managing Trend Micro Apex One and Worry-Free admin portal
  • Experience and knowledge in Linux and VMware will be advantage
  • Experience in doing procurement of IT equipment and managing IT budget
  • Ability to address business requirements / demands and stakeholders’ management
  • Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
