What is the Skills Ignition SG Outplacement Programme?

  • The Outplacement Programme provides graduates from the Skills Ignition SG pathways access to our Outplacement Hub. On the Hub, you can apply for jobs with employers in high-growth fields through our job portal. You will also find career development support from blogs and videos to enhance your networking, interviewing, and CV-writing skills.

  • The Outplacement Programme is currently able to support only people living in Singapore.

How can I join the programme?

  • Trainees who have joined and completed any of the Skills Ignition SG pathways can get access. Our authorised partners will contact you to share more information.

  • If you have yet to participate in any of the Skills Ignition SG pathways, we welcome you to join any of the pathways here

What can I expect from being part of the programme?

  • The Outplacement Programme is designed to help you put your new skills to use. We will support you in demonstrating your value in your CV and in interviews. You will have the opportunity to hear from industry experts and employers through our newsletters, blogs and videos. You will gain access to a dedicated job portal that focuses on opportunities that suit our graduates such as Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and many more.

What happens after I apply for the jobs that I'm interested in?

  • Your application will be reviewed by the recruitment team and Hiring Manager. If you are shortlisted for the role, you will be contacted by a representative from the company.

Why do I have to re-upload my CV when I apply for a job?

  • We encourage you to cater your CV to the job(s) you are applying for. This helps you to increase your chance of being selected.

What if I encounter any challenges accessing or applying for jobs within the job portal?

Why can't I reset my password?

  • The most common reason is that passwords must contain at least 10 characters with at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one special character. Please try this first. If you are still having problems contact us at for help.
