The Role

Working with the Senior AM, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns across accounts in APAC.
You will be expected to will take a creative approach to develop paid media campaigns from concept to implementation while elevating key insights for internal and client stakeholders.
  
You are also expected to :  
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing self and the company as an invaluable long-term partner for paid media and digital marketing services
  • Play an active role in client meetings, leading paid media reporting and providing recommendations.
  • Conducts audience and keyword research to implement effective multi-channel paid media campaigns
  • Optimize campaign, audience, creative, budgets and bids across multiple channels to achieve campaign goals
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop ad copy and creative and iterate based on campaign performance
  • Identify growth and scale opportunities in other paid media and digital marketing channels
  • Maintain accurate budget tracking, communicating potential under or overspends with senior account leaders
  • Extract performance insights from campaign data, identifying relevant trends and proactive recommendations for both internal and client teams
  • Develop reports on paid media activities in order to demonstrate campaign impact, and alignment to clients' business objectives

The person we are looking for is creative and open-minded with a proven track record of success in an agency or in-house position with experience in executing paid digital media campaigns, including paid social, paid search and display    

You have a strong understanding of the paid media space and of client business issues and requirements

You’ve worked for at least 3 years in a digital media agency environment  
The applicant will require the following: 
  • Extensive experience in marketing tools such as DV360, Search 360, Campaign Manager, Data Studio, Google Analytics, SEMrush
  • Strong research and analytics skills with a love for data
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to identify, manage and resolve issues
  • Superior communication skills – written and verbal
