This Commercial Operations Manager will contribute to the implementation of commercial governance in the cluster, consolidate cluster & direct report inputs on commercial strategy and collaborate with cluster and direct report on pipeline.
What You'll Be Doing
- Implement commercial policy.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of sales methodology & tools.
- Execute deal support process such as negotiation preparation, business case escalation and pricing.
- Consolidate sub cluster inputs on commercial strategy.
- Analyze performance reports for sub cluster and provide insight at sub cluster level, based on pipeline.
- Support the implementation of Sales Incentive Scheme KPIs
- Implement Business Efficiency Commercial Operations projects.
- Assist, guide, mentor and motivate analysts in team.
- Work collaboratively with sub cluster Commercial Operations, central Commercial Operations and Sales ops – NAPAC.
- Bachelor’s Degree or senior equivalent work experience n Business, Marketing or Economics. MBA will be an added advantage.
- 5 years or more in sales, commercial, finance & controlling positions.
- Has a good understanding of KR market is a plus.
- Experience should demonstrate elements of business consulting, running financial analytics and modelling, business planning and negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management at Mid to Senior level is a plus.
- Possess satisfactory knowledge of Amadeus fundamentals: history, business, offer, strategy, technology, and organization.
