Responsibilities
  • Ensure that campaigns are setup and executed accurately based on signed plans.
  • Ensure all campaigns are monitored closely & pacing well.
  • Timely delivery and upkeep of all relevant reporting systems and templates (media plans, interim reports reports).
  • Management of post campaign reporting that quantifies the value of the media strategy.
  • Assisting in the implementation of plans through to their delivery and quality control of all buys.
  • Ensuring all media goals and strategies are managed and executed within budgets.
  • Ensure due diligence on media budgets.
  • Day to day project management of media solutions.
  • Work closely with the ad ops, finance, and offshore teams to ensure quality of the work.
 
Person specifications:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in social media ad operations
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients, and media owners
  • Literacy, for writing reports and presentations.
  • Ability to work with databases and spreadsheets and PowerPoint, for the collection and management of information
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proactive approach with an affinity for learning and self-development
  • Team player
