Ad Operations & Reporting Team:

Advertising Operations involves leading best practices in tracking, ad technology and reporting, with flawless setup and mapping of media campaigns. It is critical to ensure good quality data are passed through to the data warehouse and reporting outputs.

You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and a “can do” attitude and have a desire to learn about the digital ad tech space. You have technical aptitude and enjoy hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Working with one of Dentsu’s most prestigious global clients, as a Trafficking & Reporting Executive you'll work accurately to deliver trafficking of the client’s online media campaigns, help to maintain high standards in taxonomy and data-cleanliness. You’ll work efficiently and accurately to ensure the account is consistently meeting SLAs. You’ll develop expertise in online media and trafficking, QA and reporting as well as project management skills.

The role in depth:

Primarily the role will consist of the following work streams:


  • Accurately deliver trafficking for online media campaigns across all markets and lines of business, ensuring that all performance marketing activity is measurable
  • Ensure that all campaigns are trafficked in full accordance with the global taxonomy and within a 3-day SLA
  • Flag any process, data or taxonomic issues that you identify or from DX queries, including where briefs have been completed inaccurately or with missing information so that these can be resolved and fed back where necessary
  • Work closely with the wider trafficking and Data & Tech teams to support the development and improvement of ad operations processes and better reporting and visualisation
  • Provide onboarding and regular training to the wider account teams to maintain the high standards required for trafficking: briefing, processing and reviews

Project Management

  • Support the senior members in the team for special project execution
  • Display excellent project management abilities for all activities, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are well informed throughout the entire process

Reporting & Data Quality

  • Support data QA process from initial weekly inspection of received data through to final monthly reconciliation
  • Support upkeep of weekly client facing Excel reports: refresh data, maintain pacing accuracy and general housekeeping of the reports
  • Provide expert knowledge for reporting queries from agency and client teams

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 1 year of ad operations or digital marketing experience
  • Desire to become expert in ad operations and trafficking of digital media campaigns
  • Initial experience of project management is advantageous but more important is the desire to learn
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools, especially Datorama is advantageous
  • Diligent with a strong attention to detail and an appetite to grow and learn
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills and excellent verbal / written communication
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload who can also work well in a team
