Developer Space @ Google Singapore is a Home for Developers and Startups from around the region to learn, inspire, connect, and engage. Located within Google’s Asia headquarters, this new space provides the developer & startup community with direct access to Google’s resources, its people, programs, and technologies. 

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support, drive and maintain Developer space operations excellence across daily business activities
  • Gather and report on data to track the progress of events, programs and activities 
  • Manage event requests and up-keep of equipment and installations in the Developer Space
  • Identify areas of improvement to streamline operations, event planning & logistics
  • Support or drive community engagement (offline events, online & social media presence) 
  • Support marketing strategy execution, including offline and online efforts
  • Able to host events on evenings and weekends.
Skills You'll Need
  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in verbal and written English
  • 2+ years project management experience in events, operations or community management roles.
  • Excellent coordination, communication and project management skills across multiple concurrent projects, priorities and workstreams.
  • Familiarity with popular online presence management tools (Social Media) and creative tools like Photoshop, Mailchimp etc
Nice to Have: 
  • Experience working or partnering with developer or startup communities
  • Experience working and negotiating with external agencies and vendors
  • Experience managing corporate social media for businesses and boosting online presence
