What You'll Be Doing
- Run SEO campaigns which encompass Technical, Outreach and Content development.
- Work alongside the Senior Manager to formulate long-term Search strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive technical audits for our client’s websites, and support the implementation of your recommendations.
- Develop detailed research to underpin content and wider marketing strategies.
- Create innovative content strategies that go beyond the traditional ‘keyword’ level to deliver significant performance increases.
- Find ingenuitive ways to generate trustworthy links for our client’s websites.
- Format reports and provide top-line insights for on-going performance reviews.
- Demonstrate a hunger to stay abreast of the latest industry developments, and factor these into your day to day work.
- Display an understanding of SEO’s role within the wider marketing mix, particularly the overlaps with paid search.
- Understand metrics and KPIs and continually suggest optimizations to improve performance.
- Communicate in a simple and understandable fashion the SEO process, and how it can provide tangible business impact.
- Participate in and contribute to weekly team meetings to share new ideas and strategies.
- Direct communication with client on regular basis.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and media partners.
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships within team, business units and client
- Work with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies.
- 1-2 years relevant, hands-on SEO management experience.
- Understanding of SEO tools and software such as Screaming Frog and DeepCrawl.
- Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of web analytic metrics.
- Digital savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Shows interest and engages in non-search disciplines such as social, programmatic, and display.
- Develops knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred.
