The Role

The Planner will be responsible for:
 
  • Day-to-day campaign management of multiple client accounts
  • Hands on management of paid online search, social campaigns

Reporting Structure:

  1. Reporting to line manager or Digital Director
  2. Working with other specialist business units within the agency network (Omnicom Media Group)


What You'll Be Doing

  • Run performance campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads/Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook Ads/LinkedIn Ads/etc.)
  • Work with the Manager to coordinate, formulate and execute multi-channel strategies
  • Assist in the preparation and rationale of performance marketing recommendations and annual plan presentations
  • Understand metrics and KPIs of account and continually suggest optimizations to improve campaign performance
  • Provide SEM recommendations for bid strategies, quality score, and other advanced optimization techniques
  • Effectively manage campaign budget spend by implementing relevant bidding strategies and keeping track of budget pacing
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and publishers
  • Liaise directly with the clients for performance marketing specific discussions
  • Develop and update client performance reports and analyze and format data, gather costs, supply insights and commentary
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships within team, business units and client
  • Work with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies


Skills You'll Need

  • 1-2 years hands-on Search and Social campaign management experience required
  • Basic experience of pulling Campaign Manager Floodlight reports is required
  • Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with SA360, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Develops knowledge of client’s business, competition and latest industry news and trends
  • Completion of Google Certification Programs (Google Ads, SA360, Google Analytics) a plus
  • Digital savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required
