Responsibilities:
- To manage CMG's existing rewards programme, including working with partners to offer contests, giveaways, as well as leveraging on CMG’s events
- To work closely with product managers and developers to develop a holistic gamification platform with sound logic to increase users engagement
- To manage the rewards redemption and point system
- To include the gamification platform as an integral part of the CMG rewards programme
- To manage the P&L for the program and ensure that economic models and strategies around earning, redemption of loyalty points are in place
- Identify strategic inbound and outbound opportunities to drive the adoption and engagement for the program at scale
- To work closely with stakeholders from different business units to drive the success of the gamification and rewards efforts
- Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience; Background in similar roles or familiarity with the media industry would be advantageous
- Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) as this role supports Chinese publications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to devise strategies and models
- Outcome-driven with great initiative and problem solving skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated with an impact-driven mindset to devise effective and creative solutions
- Effective in business presentation
- Keen sense and interest in latest digital technology developments, market trends, near-future trends and web technologies; Understanding of the digital space would be advantageous
