7. Accuracy Obligation

We rely on personal data provided by you, primarily through your resume and application forms, for our core recruitment services.

8. Protection Obligation

We take reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

9. Retention Limitation Obligation

  • Retention Period: We retain candidate data for up to 5 years after the last date of interaction, or as legally required, to serve as a resource for future job opportunities and comply with audit requirements.

  • Disposal: We will cease to retain, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the retention is no longer necessary. Data is disposed of securely via shredding or secure digital deletion.

10. Transfer Limitation Obligation (Data Transfer Overseas)

Personal data collected in Singapore may be transferred to and processed by our subsidiaries or third-party service providers and databases located outside of Singapore. We ensure all data transfers comply with the PDPA requirements.

10.2 Transfer Mechanisms

11. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach involving personal data that is likely to result in significant harm to you, or is of a significant scale, we will take all necessary steps to:

  • Contain the breach and address the immediate threat.

  • Assess the severity and risk associated with the breach.

  • Notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals in accordance with PDPA guidelines.
