What You'll Be Doing
- Key agency client management
- Delivery of media excellence within team portfolio
- Create and foster client relationships
- Deliver targeted P&L across portfolio
- Manage team – Account Managers, Media Planners and Account Executives 6. Understand and deliver client’s media objectives
- Proactively present new ideas that enhance and develop the client’s media campaigns
- Train and develop junior staff members
- Drive opportunities for additional revenue
- Ensure the correct resource level is deployed on the account, mindful of agency profitability
- Budgeting and account planning
- Adherence to QA processes
- Other duties as required by the Managing Director
Skills You'll Need
- Leadership – The AD will be responsible for both client and team leadership, and demonstrate excellence in their leadership capabilities. The AD will be responsible to develop the vision for the key client accounts and the overall media team. They will ensure that client & team satisfaction is maximised at all times.
- Media Planning Expertise – The AD will come from a media planning / buying background and will be able to lead their team to deliver excellence in all facets of media campaigns – strategy, planning, buying and campaign management
- Commercial Sense – The AD will understand the financial dynamics of each client arrangement and will maximise opportunities to increase agency revenue.
