Measures of success -

In Three Months

 
  • Understand client’s business goals and marketing objectives and understand the role Search & eCommerce plays to drive their business forward.
  • Great understanding of best practices and audit process to deliver best in class campaigns.
  • Ad copy management – Reviewing ad copy performance and provide improvisations

In Six Months

 
  • Continually building test and learn frameworks across all Search & eCommerce campaigns, ensuring tests reach significance where possible and learnings / next steps are communicated to clients.
  • Strong relationship with your team and senior stakeholders across the business
  • Strong relationship with Search & eCommerce reps across key partners
  • Contributing to campaign performance to drive continued efficiencies across all campaigns
  • Independently respond to all day-to-day queries

In 12 Months
  • Contribution to evolving best practices through testing Alphas/Betas.
  • Exceeding client KPIs across all campaigns and growing business revenue through increased billings where possible.
  • Contribution to Search strategies across new business pitches
  • Assists in the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group 

Responsibilities of The Role
 
  • Understanding of the relationship between Paid Search, marketplaces and other online and offline marketing activities including natural search and ideas for effective coordination
  • Set-up, monitor, manage and optimise paid search and marketplace activity
  • Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on Search matters to the clients you work with
  • Complete daily run rates across a variety of accounts with ongoing commentary and actionable insights
  • Provide on-time reporting to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs
  • Ongoing client servicing including but not limited to optimisation and campaign progress, prompt response to client and internal questions related to paid campaigns.
  • Ongoing Search development and implementation. Supervise the implementation of all biddable media campaigns 
  • Keep abreast of current events, digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business 
  • Prepare and present strategic media recommendations to client and agency management, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and provide analysis and projections to support recommendations
  • Design and implement or oversee implementation of single and multi-variant tests to increase campaign efficiency
  • Supervise the implementation of all biddable media campaigns


What You Will Need

  • At least 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on Search
  • Google Ads Search, Display & Video Professional Certification
  • Experience in running high-volume campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, App, PMAX, Video, etc.) Bing Ads, and Apple Search 
  • Good to have Ecommerce platform experience - Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Citrus Ads
  • Strategic mindset to building and deliver bid strategies and attribution models across Bid Management Platforms.
  • Proven experience of on-going campaign optimisation to improve business objectives, such as ROAS and CPA. Able to deliver across a range of touch points; sales, store visits, online submissions, downloads etc
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around data, insights and actions
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
  • Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Show ability in training and leadership capability
  • Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
