Our client is seeking a Senior Search and Social Executive to support global strategic initiatives and digital integration efforts across dentsu International. This role will help activate the North Star vision of One dentsu group by amplifying brand reputation, driving cohesive digital storytelling, and delivering best-in-class execution across search and social channels.
The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening dentsu's global presence, supporting executive communication, and ensuring high-quality digital activation that reinforces dentsu's leadership position and business goals.
Search & Social Strategy Activation
- Support our client in delivering unified search and social strategies aligned to the One dentsu group vision.
- Execute digital initiatives that elevate dentsu's image, reputation, and leadership across global markets.
- Develop content that highlights dentsu's best work, thought leadership, and industry-defining innovation.
- Implement paid and organic search/social campaigns that strengthen dentsu International's global market positioning.
- Support executive and corporate communication across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent and compelling digital narratives.
- Track emerging digital, market, and platform trends to inform dentsu-wide strategic planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations that help shape future digital opportunities and strengthen commercial outcomes.
- Identify where digital channels can enhance dentsu's unique proposition and support long-term brand value.
- Develop and deliver search and social activations supporting dentsu's global priorities and integrated marketing goals.
- Partner with creative, media, PR, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
- Provide clients and stakeholders with seamless digital entry points into dentsu's integrated solutions.
- Review and optimise digital content to ensure alignment with strategy, accuracy, and impact.
- Monitor pacing, performance, and KPIs across channels, making data-driven optimisation recommendations.
- Deliver timely, structured, and insightful reporting on campaign performance and strategic outcomes.
- Build effective relationships with internal teams, global markets, and key media partners (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Participate in partner updates, identifying opportunities for innovation, trials, and joint initiatives.
- Integrate partner insights into search and social recommendations when beneficial for the client.
Experience & Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on involvement in Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content best practices, and KPI-driven optimisation.
- Experience managing multi-market or large-scale campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to transform insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with global senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, strategic, and solution-oriented mindset.
