What You'll Be Doing
- Perform Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of POS systems and associated backend systems
- System management (Admin and configuration) of application solutions, back end infrastructure and cloud platform
- Managed all outlet installed systems (eg Self Service Kiosk, Kitchen display, etc) and and infrastructure aligned to SOP (standard operating procedure)
- Assist in coordinating the execution of system testing and deployment
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Ensures alignment to SLA for high level of outlet systems and infrastructure availability
- Evaluates the systems issues and provides technical direction to L1/L2 IT support where required
- Collaborates with other business units to offer suggestions and resolve issues
- Assist in Improving the work processes and implement required automation according to the requirements of the stakeholders
- Escalation and follow up with vendors for hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
- Ensure quality reporting deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures
Skills You'll Need
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Information Technology/Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years of IT support experience
- Candidates without IT qualification must possess min 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Window Servers, Basic LAN and WAN troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Resilient and result focus team player with strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills.
