The Online Partnerships Group (OPG) uses our portfolio of product solutions, including AdSense and Google Marketing Platform tools, to help online publishers grow their businesses. You'll provide creative, industry-leading online advertising solutions for publishers and developers and identify new opportunities. Some of the largest publishers on the web rely on our products and we're always trying to exceed their expectations and strengthen our long-term partner relationships. We help grow Google's business with the largest online publishers and provide account management for users of AdSense, Google Ad Manager and more.
 
This is a global role focused on acquiring and growing app developers for AdMob through marketing strategies and thoughtful experimental initiatives.
 
As a Scalable Marketing Analyst, you will be the analytics expert who will partner with marketing specialists on work ranging from campaign strategy, to program performance, and lead funnel optimization.
 
In this role you will work with sales, marketing, product, and creative media teams to drive performance marketing strategies. You will be responsible for business intelligence, lead funnel analytics, and advance campaign measurement and testing that drive performance and optimize scaled marketing channels.
 
Additionally, you will drive process efficiencies, launch experiments, and provide recommendations on campaign and business performance across channels. You will continuously look for ways to improve scale, quality, and impact of our scalable campaigns.

In return, our partners provide great content for our products, and they syndicate Google products to enhance their sites and apps. Global Partnerships team members expand and support these relationships by continually finding new opportunities and solving technical problems for our partners. The wider Global Partnerships team includes a variety of different organizations, including CorpDev, Emerging Business Development, Strategy and Operations, Google for Startups, Area 120 and our Display Advertising Business.
 
 
What You'll Be Doing
 
  • Analyze channel performance to devise growth strategies across for paid display campaigns, webinars, and email newsletters. Measure marketing incrementally through A/B and multivariate testing and causal impact analysis.
  • Provide key data insights to help marketers shape new or existing campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and improve budget investments.
  • Build and optimize dashboards, tools, and infrastructure that provide insights to business growth performance, business trends, and overall program performance.
  • Connect measurement and attribution data and internal reporting tools to make strategic recommendations to enhance our marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop workstreams on lead generation activities.


Skills You'll Need

Minimum qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in developing and applying marketing analytics.
  • Experience managing datasets and pipelines using SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, or equivalent).
 
Preferred qualifications
 
  • Experience in developing and applying marketing analytics for business-to-business marketing.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional scripting or statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R, etc.).
  • Understanding of statistics to run A/B tests to optimize funnel performance.
  • Understanding of applied machine learning in business and marketing settings.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and communicate complex analytical results to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level audiences.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and technical analysis skills, combined with strong business acumen.
