The Media Masters Program is a 2-year rotational graduate trainee program that prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to launch their career in Media Planning, Media Buying, Digital, Trading or Biddable Specialist role at GroupM – the world’s largest media company!   


This program has been designed to be the foundation that prepares bright individuals for a career in media. By combining industry concepts, on-the-job training, and mentorship from media professionals, you will develop skills in our key practice areas: Media Planning, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-commerce.

Responsibilities of the role:   

  • Develop and execute effective media strategies that support our client’s overall marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross functional team, agencies, and partners to optimize campaigns.

  • Work with high-profile local and global brand clients.


Who are we looking for?    

  • Final year students graduating in Dec 2023 & May/June 2024 may apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications and Business is preferred although this programme is open to graduates from all majors

  • Early career movers with no more than 2 years of working experience may apply

Interview process:

First Round:  Phone Screening with Talent Acquisition team

Second Round: You will be invited to GroupM office for 2 rounds of panel interviews with agency heads & team leaders on 3 April 2024
