Job Description:

The Client Executive serves as a vital link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring the successful delivery of services and projects. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions and support. You will help manage day-to-day client communication, support strategic planning, and ensure the smooth execution of projects and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a daily point of contact for assigned clients and internal departments.
  • Understand client objectives, industry, and challenges to provide relevant support and solutions.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, reports, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of client campaigns or projects from briefing to completion.
  • Track progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow client accounts in collaboration with the senior team.
  • Support issue resolution and escalation handling, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of all client interactions and project progress.
 
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM or project management tools is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
