Mindshare Singapore is seeking to recruit a Senior Account Executive who is passionate to embark a career in an exciting & vibrant industry.  The ideal candidate should be positive, enthusiastic, have strong eye for details & be willing to learn.  

Reporting of the role 
This role reports to the Business Director

Measures of success – 
In three months, you would have: 
  • Familiarise with the Singapore media landscape and partners
  • Familiarise with the concept of media planning, negotiations & implementation
  • Get familiar with media external industry and internal planning softwares
  • Handle briefing process and implementation of campaigns with activation teams.
  • Able to liaise with clients, media vendors and internal specialists teams with ease
  • Be familiar with timelines & project management
In six months, you would have: 
  • Plan, negotiate & launch campaigns with minimal supervision
  • Prepare presentation decks
  • Meet clients & able to present documents
In 12 months, you would have: 
  • Be able to work independently & be proactive in facing challenges
  • Be able to present independently.
Responsibilities of the role: 
  • Supporting the planning team across all aspects of the account. Overall job responsibilities include the ownership of plan and budget data as it relates to assigned channels, the management of plan changes, and general maintenance of activity and its effect on all related outputs, including communication to implementation teams.
  • Competitive tracking, insights and reports.
  • Media trends updates.
  • The individual will be exposed to learn Media Planning, Buying & Implementation (Offline & Digital) as well as Digital and offline tracking & reporting goals are met.
  • The individual will liaise with media vendors & clients directly, able to take briefs & work independently, prepare reports & presentations & work cohesively as a team.
  • Various local/regional/global reports (both hygiene and ad-hoc)
  • Work closely with your manager on day-to-day basis and will report to an Manager/Director.
  • Work with other specialist services within the group agency to deliver campaigns.
  • Work closely with regional team to ensure quality of work and meets guidelines.
What you will need: 
  • 1-2 year experience in a media agency is a bonus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Positive & enthusiastic
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal, with internal and external parties.
  • Open-minded, Resilient to change and willing to learn.
  • Self-starter/demonstrates initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
  • Works well in a team setting
  • Thrives in fast paced environment
