In this role, you will develop and implement product marketing strategies for the product categories across FairPrice and Unity format.

The incumbent is expected to:

Develop and implement product marketing strategies for the product categories across FairPrice and Unity format. This includes identifying target customer segments, creating promotional campaigns, and executing marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand affinity & awareness.
Oversee and work closely with the team for offline and online marketing campaigns through omni-channel advertising along with internal stakeholders (products & channel) and external stakeholders (creative & media agency, production agency). The ideal candidate will have experience in driving conversion, understanding the product category shopper journey, and personalizing content to increase engagement and revenue. As a S&P Manager, he or she will be responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and management of promotions and campaigns that drive sales and increase customer engagement. You will work closely with the various marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the overall category strategy and objectives.
Well versed in performance analysis and reporting which includes monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, utilizing relevant metrics and data analytics tools. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key insights, trends, and recommendations to the various stakeholders.
Equip with team leadership and development quality, by providing leadership and guidance to a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance objectives, provide coaching and feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and growth within the team.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG / retailer industry
  • Proven experience in sales and promotions, with a track record of driving conversion and increasing revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the shopper journey and ability to assist in the creation of personalized content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
