The Role

This role is an excellent entry-level/ transitional role into regional market management with responsibility in supporting the media operation and governance functions for a portfolio of highly desirable clients.
 
Working closely with the Media Operations Manager, this role will support and manage tasks outlined in the client scope of work and corporate guidelines.
 
The candidate will learn about digital buying platforms, their role within media and the clients buying approach along with the client’s reputation management guidelines. The candidate will be required to be proficient and responsible for SEM activation to be equipped with progressive platform knowledge.
 
There will also be a large amount of communication and project management to ensure timely delivery of operational tasks and administrative requirements.
 
 
What You'll Be Doing
 
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who enjoys finding a way to get the job done, but also curious about how things can be done better, ideally someone who has strong project management and communication skills, with media background and digital activation experience. SEM experience is a must.

Buying Ops
This focus area is related to improving and driving innovation in our buying practices. Whether this be advanced optimisation or inventory decisioning, this function is focused on staying on the leading edge of capabilities for the client.
 
Technology Ops
Working with our local markets to align technology usage for the client. Vetting and validating potential new technology solutions for the region, aligned to innovation and driving our capabilities forward for the client.
 
Data Ops
Data is vital to our success with the client. This function will ensure we have the right governance and practices to deliver high data quality across markets and the necessary outputs for the client to make informed decisions.
 
Ad Ops
A foundational element of advertising execution, working with our offshore ad ops function to ensure we have the correct processes, workflow and documentation to ensure correct ad trafficking and implementation across markets.
 
Reputation Ops
The client as a high-fashion brand, has to manage maintaining a strict reputation and minimising risk in this space. This function will help define our reputational approach and how this differs by local market.
 
Privacy Ops
Regulation and consumer privacy is a prominent topic in our industry, how we manage this across markets in an ever-evolving space is core to our success. You will evaluate current and new regulations to understand the impacts and any adaptations to our buying practices.
 
Finance Operations
Ensuring financial consistency across our markets. Financial hygiene allows us to focus on optimisation and delivering performance, so this function will ensure those hygiene practices across our team.
 
 
Skills You'll Need
 
  • Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of SEM experience
  • Strong organisational skills; being able to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Passionate about learning and building new skillsets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen to immerse themselves within the world of media and cultivate an in-depth understanding of the landscape, particularly digital
