The Role
This role is a key hire with responsibility for managing media operation and governance functions for a portfolio of highly desirable clients. Core responsibility is the market engagement and management on ongoing governance of these clients’ Media Operations, Data and Tech requirements as defined in the scope of work and corporate guidelines.
 
This role includes line managing junior team members and reporting to the Media Operations Director. Working across the OMG Singapore international client base, this person will be responsible for delivering high quality media operations services to ensure good stewardship and governance are held in accordance with Global standards while representing regional requirements.
 
 
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
 
We are looking for an experienced media operations specialist, ideally someone who comes from a media background with digital platform and ad ops technical experience. We are looking for someone who has impeccable communication skills both internally to the team, including cross-functional and local/regional/global team members, and externally to the clients.

Technology Ops
Working with our local markets to align technology usage for the client. Vetting and validating potential new technology solutions for the region, aligned to innovation and driving our capabilities forward for the client.
 
Data Ops
Data is vital to our success with the client. This function will ensure we have the right governance and practices to deliver high data quality across markets and the necessary outputs for the client to make informed decisions.
 
Ad Ops
A foundational element of advertising execution, working with our offshore ad ops function to ensure we have the correct processes, workflow and documentation to ensure correct ad trafficking and implementation across markets.
 
 
Reputation Ops
The client as a high-fashion brand, has to manage maintaining a strict reputation and minimising risk in this space. This function will help define our reputational approach and how this differs by local market.
 
Privacy Ops
Regulation and consumer privacy is a prominent topic in our industry, how we manage this across markets in an ever-evolving space is core to our success. You will evaluate current and new regulations to understand the impacts and any adaptations to our buying practices.
 
Operations
Ensuring financial consistency across our markets. Financial hygiene allows us to focus on optimisation and delivering performance, so this function will ensure those hygiene practices across our team.
 
REQUIREMENTS :
  • 4+ years’ experience liaising with and managing multiple stakeholders across complex team structures and markets in the APAC region.
 
  • Of which min 4+ years’ work experience with Ad Ops systems and processes, and/or in Programmatic trading
 
  • Operational experience with FB Ads, Google Ads, Sizmek, IAS, Double Verify, DV360, CM360, highly desired
 
  • Have strong communication, listening skills and attention to detail - communicate to the team effectively when additional support or guidance is needed
 
  • Have excellent numerical skills and confidence analysing data using Excel
 
  • Be responsive to feedback
 
  • Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects and multiple markets at once
 
  • Strong spoken & written English
 
  • Be a proactive self-starter with good knowledge of digital marketing principles
 
  • Have a passion for learning new things.
