The Outcomes team is a specialized unit within the Platform & Capabilities team. The team is the core of our organization, responsible for assisting the Client Solutions team in managing client relationships, setting up campaign strategies and monitoring campaign performance. - You report directly to the Head of Products and Partnerships
- You are expected to manage an Executive as well as any specialist delivery services that are being deployed in your business.
The Role Encompasses:
- Full accountability and responsibility of managing and optimizing programmatic outcomes campaigns
- Working closely with vendors, ensuring all campaigns meet their Outcome KPI
- Ensuring all media goals and strategies are delivered and executed within budgets.
- Develop best practices around outcomes operations and optimization, and participate in the improvement of campaign management efficiency
- Be a thought-leader to the outcomes & programmatic team, facilitate and share knowledge internally around industry trends and topics
- Always question status quo, seeking ways and opportunities to constantly testing and learning to improve performance for our client portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily operations and master trading-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers and manual exchanges on behalf of clients
- Manage client campaigns, including strategy development, project management, report delivery and client communication
- Create logical media plans for Outcomes campaigns
- Assist in the development of processes, documents, checklists, etc. that ensure efficient procedures and continual improvement for both new and existing clients.
- Liaise with internal client teams to fully understand the campaign objectives and challenges, advocate for Outcomes and how it can fit into existing media plans or upcoming campaigns
- Educating teams on the different Outcomes offerings, presenting to teams as needed - growing Outcomes revenue
- Vendor management, continually review campaign performance, develop optimization recommendations and ensure campaign recommendations are implemented (either directly or through partners) - daily stand up calls to go over campaign performance and required optimizations
- Display organizational and leadership capabilities to track progress, execution and consistency of programs.
- Building case studies to highlight key achievements by the team
Required Skills:
- 4-5 years of work experience in programmatic trading along with data analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables & basic statistics
- Advanced knowledge of DV360, Google Ads
- Strong programmatic trading background is required - setup, monitoring and optimizations
- Basic knowledge and understanding of social ad platforms
- Basic understanding of and experience with Ad Trafficking and Operations (CM360)
- Comfortable with ad verification and tag management (GTM)
- Working knowledge of paid media analytics, tracking and reporting platforms
- The ability to deal with macro and micro issues with equal enthusiasm and rigor
