PointStar is seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company’s brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department’s budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.
 
To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to generate new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

 
 
Job Descriptions:
  1. Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. 
  2. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  3. Generating new business leads by leveraging website, social media, trade shows, major industry-related events and other channels.
  4. Collaborating with our vendor principals on their marketing programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned products.
  5. Plan and execute all paid and non-paid digital marketing, including SEO, email, Adwords and social media content.
  6. Work towards organic search optimisation including conducting keyword research, reviewing technical SEO issues and recommending fixes, optimising on-page content and building off-page optimisation.
  7. Establish and produce ongoing web analytics reports and recommendations related to the improvement of the corporate website.
  8. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales and solution departments.
  9. Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
  10. Sharing funnel conversion improvement ideas and feedback for presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing or business.
  2. Minimum 3 years experience in a Marketing role (Worked with IT software or IT hardware companies is a plus)
  3. Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software (eg. Hubspot / Freshworks – Freshmarketer)
  4. Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  5. Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  6. Strong track record conceptualizing and organizing events (In-person and online)
  7. Digital marketing knowledge is a must
  8. Experience with wordpress is a plus
  9. Good working knowledge of Google analytics, Google Adwords and any other website analytics tool
  10. Have the drive and ambition to create successful marketing campaigns
