About the Role
This role supports the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies to drive user retention, engagement, and revenue growth for our newspaper publications. Working under the guidance of the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will assist in day-to-day operational tasks across campaigns, content preparation, reporting, and marketing platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or those with limited experience to build a strong foundation in lifecycle marketing through hands-on training and mentorship.
Roles & Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Execution
- Support the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies across email, owned channels, and paid media.
- Help coordinate reader engagement newsletters, including content sourcing and asset preparation in collaboration with editorial and creative teams.
- Provide support for subscriber engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in implementing lifecycle marketing initiatives aimed at reducing churn and improving subscriber retention.
- Help set up promotional mechanics for campaigns such as free trials, premium gifts, or exclusive deals.
- Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and user behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain campaign tracking sheets and prepare performance reports using tools such as Emarsys, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
- Assist in conducting A/B tests, monitoring results, and documenting learnings.
- Help with market research, competitor analysis, and subscriber behaviour tracking to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
- Work with internal teams (editorial, creative, audience growth, rewards) to support marketing plans.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners as assigned by the manager to ensure campaign fulfillment.
