The Project Manager plans and oversees one or multiple inter-dependent project spanning multiple years that impact one or more business units or one larger project. He/She will oversee all aspects of assigned project throughout project lifecycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints. Also, to ensure accurate allocations of resources throughout the project. He/She will lead multi-disciplinary teams, composed of various levels of personnel, vendors, and clients to create and deploy successful projects.

You will need to be someone who is confident and decisive in leading projects, overseeing the completion and integration of interdependent projects and parts.
 
Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of project deliverables.
  • Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for user and stakeholders.
  • Managing relationships with user and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the organization.
  • Provide regular project status reports and updates.
  • Provide post-implementation support to user as required. This would include but not limited to conduct compliance check on system managed by user periodically.
  • Provide consultative service to user in areas pertaining to IT policies, IT processes and IT services.
  • Perform feasibility study with user and vendor. 
  • Perform solution review with Solution Architect and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Assist user in performing risk assessment and seeking risk deviation approval. 
  • Participate in RFP process (design, submission, evaluation).
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5-10 years in IT project management. 
  • Good to have ITIL and PMP certification.
  • Preferably with good experience in turnkey projects and system integration. 
  • Fundamental knowledge in IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, EUC), Cloud technologies and IT security.
  • Keep in tune with latest and advance digital technologies.
  • Sound understanding and hands on experience in all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team with service centric mindset.
  • Able to work in ambiguous situation with a can-do attitude.  
  • Able to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail.
