As part of the Singapore Digital Experience Technology Team (DXT), the Creative Producer is responsible for managing the delivery of; content creation and marketing, integrated, studio and digital projects from conception through delivery, as well as ongoing maintenance.

Tasks include; content creation creative concepting and direction, managing pre/ during/ post-production pipelines, project scheduling and management, budget tracking, status reporting, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency, stakeholder management, assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of the work.

The Creative Producer will manage all factors that govern site/project success to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality parameters.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work closely with the creative team in content creation — including social media content, video production, explainer animations, and editorial work
  • Lead in brainstorms and development of creative content proposals for audience engagement and client brief optimisation
  • Project manage delivery pipelines from start to end; manage a wide spectrum of project deliverables by prioritising tasks and schedules to ensure smooth delivery within specifications/ client budgets/ timeline
  • Familiarise with client products/services and their competitors, keep up-to-date with the latest content platforms and creative media formats
  • Articulate and monitor objectives, deliverables, milestones with both the client as well as internal disciplines within WE for developing and managing the project plan
  • Ensure project status, project risks, project requirements and project deliverables dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed upon by team members, internal or external stakeholders
  • Manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback
  • Manage approvals & review all deliverables for quality

Skills You'll Need

  • A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Production or Communications
  • A minimum of at least 1-2 years of working experience in the media/ production/ communications field, preferably from a studio/ content creation agency
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc)
  • A creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions and communicate ideas in an effective and engaging manner, with an eye and interest for creative ideation across social media (IG, Tiktok, LinkedIn), video, animation content
  • A clear understanding of the principles of creative content processes, production, project management and appropriate methodologies and processes
  • Experience in video production (shooting, creating content, and editing) is a must
  • Proven experience developing rich and dynamic social media content from concept to delivery 
  • Ability to communicate clearly, delegate tasks, and lead a team with clear direction
  • Self-directed, proactive, organised, efficient, detail-oriented, unassailable focus on the basics, tenacious (persistent about bringing open items/projects to closure), accountable, enthusiastic, able to lead, motivate and drive
  • Has integrated thinking and able to connect digital channel ecosystem
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
