Social Media Manager (Contract – 3 Months)

FleishmanHillard has an immediate opportunity for a talented Social Media Manager to join our Singapore-based social and digital team. In this superb opportunity, you will help drive the integrated social and digital strategies for our clientele across all practices, working hand-in-hand with our creative and PR teams. You will need to be a channel expert, who understands how to make insights and data-driven decisions to deliver smart, innovative solutions for our clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with social and digital leads on the creation of social media strategies, including TOV, content, channel, influencer and benchmarking
  • Employ deep knowledge of social platforms and trends
  • Collaborate on paid social advertising strategies, take on execution, and teach execution internally to junior team members
  • Analyse always-on and campaign performance against client benchmarks, providing tangible recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee content creation in all aspects, providing feedback on copywriting, guidance on creative assets, and recommendations on cadence
  • Develop and present social media trainings to clients
  • Participate in new business pitches, driving competitor audits, internal brainstorms, and strategic ideation
  • Teach, manage, and inspire junior team members whilst upholding the high quality of work and ambition that drives this team
 
Key Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working in social media/digital
  • Strategic capabilities (paid and organic)
  • Confidence working on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
  • Strong social copywriting skills
  • Management experience preferred
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Skilled in data analysis and interpretation
  • Presenting skills
  • Ambition, drive, and a passion for social media
  • Must be available for contract / freelance work
