The Pharmacy Team leverages technology and automation to enhance medication dispensing, improve patient safety, and streamline pharmacy operations across Singapore's public healthcare sector. We are currently looking for a Project Analyst to lead and support projects within Pharmacy domain. The candidate should have a strong foundation in project management combined with strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment to scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
- Plan and manage project resources, procurement, and financials (budget & cashflow).
- Develop and maintain project management plans, including schedule, risks, governance, and communication.
- Drive project execution, monitor progress, and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Implement and manage change control processes, including impact assessment on scope, cost, and timeline.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, with timely escalation to stakeholders.
- Oversee quality assurance and end-to-end testing, including UAT support and compliance with policies.
- Ensure adherence to project management frameworks, processes, and HealthTech governance standards.
- Engage and manage stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of Technical / Application experience on multiple technology platforms.
- Strong Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
- Proven client engagement experience / vendor management experience and project management.
- Strong analytical and soft skills, excellent in client-facing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
- Result and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Healthcare Industry or Pharmaceutical Industry is an added advantage.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
