Measures of success 
In three months, you would have:  
  • You will be up to speed with EssenceMediacom eCommerce APAC hub’s services, tools and client business.
  • A keen understanding on the various platforms and systems which power search and eCommerce media
  • Work closely with Campaign Delivery Team & Client Leadership teams to optimize overall campaign performance.
In six months, you would have: 
  • Independently provide eCommerce solutions towards ad-hoc request from clients
  • Flawless and timely Biddable media delivery that deliver against pre-determines KPIs
  • The eCommerce Sr Exec role to control & become a trusted advisor to the client by properly justifying recommendations, strong timeline management and delivering outcomes
  • Improved workflow efficiencies across the teams
  • Be on top of all the betas and innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate and share with internal and external stakeholders and how it could be relevant and useful to them
In 12 months, you would have: 
  • Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on eCommerce offerings
  • Increase volumes for Paid Search & eCommerce
  • Work closely with Campaign Delivery & Client Leadership team members to develop integrated proposals for existing clients
  • Identify new eCommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans. Work closely with data & analytics and operations teams to plan out deliveries – products and campaigns.

Responsibilities of the role: 
  • Expert in eCommerce – responsible for planning & optimizing the effectiveness of Search & eCommerce Campaigns
  • Plan media across platform like Lazada, Shopee, Meta & FSA(Grab & Foodpanda)
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively & troubleshoot problems
  • Execute tests, collect & analyze data, identify trends & insights
  • Gain knowledge & experience to support team lead in developing eCommerce strategy for existing business.
  • Keep pace with industry trends & developments – attempt to be first to market with innovative approaches.
  • Search & eCommerce Champion and the POC within the group
  • Build close relationship with Vendors – Lazada, Shopee, Grab, Foodpanda, Meta & Amazon
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives, translating them into digital objectives/strategies
  • Must have effective communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Prepare and present strategic media recommendations to client and agency management, including objectives, strategy, rationale, and provide analysis and projections to support recommendations
  • Supervise the implementation of all biddable media campaigns
  • Keep abreast of current events, digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business
  • Serve as expert in performance optimization
What you will need: 
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a biddable media and client facing role
  • Good understanding of all Search and eCommerce platforms (eCommerce – Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.)
  • Proven record of success in running audience-based/performance driven/direct response campaigns
  • Comfortable using Microsoft excel/automated dashboards, etc. – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
  • Possess and demonstrate excellent understanding of media fundamentals
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency
  • Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Show ability in training and leadership capability
  • Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business
