You will be part of the team responsible for campaigns and activities at our FairPrice Supermarket Stores to uplift the brand equity and drive shopper traffic and engagement with the aim of supporting the business to achieve our revenue, transactions and profit goals.
You will interface and manage key stakeholder relationships internally (Products, Channels, Procurement and other internal Marketing teams) and externally (Creative, Media, Production agencies) to help develop and deliver the campaigns and in-store activations.

- Lead Campaign Planning: Formulate, develop, and present comprehensive annual and quarterly marketing strategies, plans, and budgets for key campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and sales targets for the supermarket division.
- Team and Project Leadership: Manage and lead the end-to-end execution of multiple, complex, and marketing initiatives and events, ensuring delivery against ambitious timelines and goals.
- Stakeholder and Agency Management: Serve as the primary liaison with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Products, Operations, Customer Analytics) and external creative/media agencies. Direct and oversee agency performance to ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-budget, and effective.
- Financial and Budget Oversight: Own and manage the marketing budget for assigned campaigns and initiatives, demonstrating a strong focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and providing regular forecasting and variance analysis.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead the development of robust, data-driven post-campaign analysis and reporting. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous campaign optimization and improved sales performance.
- Drive and execute a growth plan for the Supermarket Facebook closed group and other digital channels, focusing on driving measurable web traffic, customer conversion, and elevated engagement.
- Cross-Format Strategic Support: Lead the planning and execution track for major, company-wide festive campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication across all retail formats.
- Store-Level Marketing Support: Lead and implement marketing support for distress stores, by understanding reasons for decline and then map out corresponding uplift in sales via foot traffic, sales activation, etc.

Qualifications
- At least 4 years experience working with creative and media agencies in conceptualizing and running campaigns
- Possess both a creative and analytical mind.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented, structured, and highly organized in approach to work
- Able to navigate well in ambiguity and work independently.
- Team player with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-collaborate and multi-task.
- Excellent business acumen as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to be hands on and go to stores to seek improvements for campaign execution.
- FMCG/ Retail experience would be preferred
