RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationship & Business Management
- Lead day-to-day client relationships, project development, and execution for B2B and G2B clients in industries including but not limited to technology and public sector.
- Ability to provide strategic counsel, digital, campaign and content guidance to clients, offering recommendations grounded in insight and creativity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns with strong project management, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
- Champion an integrated and channel-agnostic mindset across projects, connecting content, creative, and media to drive audience impact.
- Develop well-written project and research briefs, collaborating closely with strategists, paid media specialists, video producers, writers, and designers.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge trends and developments in digital, creative B2B and client industries.
- Contributes to building the team's collective knowledge in digital, content, and integrated communications.
- Support budget oversight, resource planning, and team utilisation tracking to ensure operational efficiency
- Contribute to new business development processes and organic client growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, campaign delivery, and client service excellence.
Integrated Marketing & Connections Planning Specialism
- Shape and execute integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on translating strategic insights into digital-first content, PR, influencer, social media, and paid media activations.
- Grasp complex B2B and G2B subject matter quickly, working closely with content and creative teams to ensure messaging is relevant, accurate, and platform appropriate.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of paid social media, from setup and targeting to campaign optimisation and performance reporting.
- Sound understanding of major social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter), including how to manage publishing workflows and interpret performance using third-party tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Falcon).
- Familiarity with digital tools for social listening, analytics, SEO, CMS, and marketing automation (e.g. Talkwalker, Socialbakers, Google/Adobe Analytics, WordPress), with the ability to derive insights that guide campaign strategy and performance evaluation.
- Define and track KPIs across integrated marketing campaigns, using performance data to assess effectiveness and guide cross-channel optimisation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in integrated, social media, advertising, PR or B2B digital marketing-related fields (open to candidates with less experience for a Client Executive role).
- Familiarity with planning and executing campaigns across social media platforms or digital advertising channels (e.g. display, SEM, paid social), with exposure to content marketing considered a plus.
- Displays data-driven qualities with a basic understanding of digital analytics and the ability to translate data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
- Knowledge in SEM, SEO, CRM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Account-based Marketing (ABM) and CMS is a plus
- Solid grasp of integrated marketing principles, with the ability to connect digital touchpoints to business and communications objectives.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated and self-starting personality.
