Mindshare, an agency of GroupM and part of WPP, is responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently seeking a Manager for our Data Science & Analytics team to join us and work with one of our most data-savvy clients.
In this role, you will be instrumental in unlocking the full potential of audience data within platforms and DMPs. Collaborating closely with the Data & Technology Lead and the Performance Lead, you will identify key audiences, devise engagement strategies, establish measurements, and develop insights that drive growth in data acquisition and retention through digital channels.

Measures of Success
3 months:
  • Become familiarized with the client's business, markets, objectives, and campaign types.
  • Review current practices and identify opportunities to enhance audience insighting.
6 months:
  • Assist the client in identifying and onboarding current data assets into their technology & data stack.
  • Establish relationships across key markets and clients, fostering camaraderie for better understanding of business needs and deployment of strategies.
12 months:
  • Develop strategic approaches to sourcing new data from existing business and media touchpoints as well as second and third-party data sources.
  • Leverage machine learning and statistical analysis to extract insights from rich digital data.
  • Develop thought pieces and/or POVs which can be shared and applied across the region.
 What You Will Need
  • 4-5 years of experience in data management, marketing analytics, and technology.
  • Experience with Adobe Stack, particularly Adobe Audience Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA knowledge is a plus.
  • Mastery of addressable and programmatic ads platforms and ad servers from an insights and analytics perspective.
  • Familiarity with big data platforms, data warehousing, databases, R, SAS, SPSS, Python object-oriented language is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and QA-focused approach to work.
  • Working knowledge of data integration and manipulation in Python or R.
  • Strong communication skills to present & translate data in ways that stakeholders at all levels can easily understand.
  • Team management and supervisory experience.
  • Curiosity and analytical mindset towards data & numbers for insighting.
  • ·     Collaborative team player able to work effectively with cross-functional and internal teams, including clients.
